Penalty Point Changelog

Simulated with penalty point the Portuguese "Liga Pro", for real promotions and relegations
Added 2 penalty points to Vitoria Setubal to simulate relegation to the lower league. No changes have been made to the structure of the championship that will be affected so if the SI has not foreseen that in the 2020.2021 season the relegation playouts will be introduced in the match you will not find them.

Added 12 penalty points to Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship for the 2020.2021 season (will be visible from July 2020 in the game)

Penalty points added to Trabzonspor to simulate exclusion from European Cups in the 2020.2021 season. If winning the National Cup they would still qualify, in this case the match must be recreated.

Changelog 04.08.20 : Match dates have not been changed so in the game all leagues will end by the end of May 2020

Transfer dates in game are classic and not post pandemic, starting the championships on normal and unmodified dates
